Wanneer ontvang ik mijn bestelling?

Houd rekening met 1-3 werkdagen voor het maken en inpakken van je bestelling voor verzending. Je ontvangt een bevestiging in je mailbox zodra de bestelling onderweg is. Na verzending duurt het meestal 1-5 werkdagen voordat je bestelling bij jou binnen is. 

 

Verkopen jullie ook wholesale?

Jazeker, Stuur ons een mailtje naar info@busselunited.nl voor meer informatie en vertel ons in je mail ook iets over je winkel/webshop, zoals linkje naar je website/social media 

Wij bieden ook wholesale prijzen aan voor grotere bestellingen die bedoeld zijn voor clubs, grote evenementen, fondsenwervingen etc. Neem dus gerust contact op als je hierin geïnteresseerd bent!

Kan ik mijn bestelling ook naar een ander afleveradres laten sturen?

Ja dit is mogelijk! Is het een cadeau voor een ander en wil je dit meteen naar de ontvanger sturen? doe je dit door je eigen adres in te vullen bij de factuuradres en het adres van de ontvanger bij het afleveradres. In de opmerkingen kan je altijd nog aangeven dat het een cadeau is.

Mijn bestelling is niet aangekomen, wat nu?

Helaas kan dit gebeuren. Is je bestelling niet aangekomen, laat het ons weten! Dat kan door ons te mailen info@busselunited.nl of te DM-en op Instagram. Wij nemen dan contact op met het postbedrijf. 

Welke betaalmethodes zijn er?

Je kan bij ons veilig betalen via Mollie met iDEAL(WERO), Bancontact, Paypal en Giropay

Ik heb geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen, is mijn bestelling goed doorgekomen?

Check eerst even je spam folder, het kan zijn dat bevestiginsmail daar in beland is. Kan je de mail daar niet vinden, stuur ons even een mailtje op: info@busselunited.nl dan kijken wij het even voor je na! 

Wat zijn de verzendkosten?

De verzendkosten worden bepaald door het gewicht en de manier waarop het verzonden wordt. De beste manier om erachter te komen hoeveel de verzendkosten worden is door je winkelmandje te checken, daar zie je meteen de verzendkosten. 

Verzenden jullie ook naar andere landen?

Jazeker, we verzenden naar België, Duitsland, Spanje, Italië, Frankrijk, Luxemburg, Noorwegen, Zweden, Finland, Zwitserland, Oostenrijk en Denemarken. Staat jouw land er niet tussen kan je altijd contact met ons opnemen.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to make and pack your order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation in your inbox as soon as your order has been dispatched. After shipping, it usually takes 1–5 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Please send us an email at info@busselunited.nl for more information. In your email, tell us a little about your shop or webshop and include a link to your website or social media.

We also offer wholesale prices for larger orders intended for clubs, large events, fundraisers, etc., so feel free to get in touch if you’re interested.

Can I ship my order to a different delivery address?

Yes, that’s possible! If your order is a gift and you want it sent directly to the recipient, you can enter your own address as the billing address and the recipient’s address as the shipping address. In the notes section you can also mention that it’s a gift.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes. If your order hasn’t arrived, please let us know! You can email us at info@busselunited.nl or send us a DM on Instagram. We will then contact the postal company.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can safely pay through Mollie using iDEAL(WERO), Bancontact, Paypal and Giropay

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

First, please check your spam folder, as the confirmation email might have ended up there. If you can’t find it, send us an email at info@busselunited.nl and we’ll check it for you.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. The easiest way to see the exact shipping cost is by checking your cart, the shipping cost will be shown there immediately.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes! We ship to Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Austria and Denmark.
